When will I get my order?

Every order is baked fresh just for you. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to ship. Because all of our products are made from scratch, processing times may vary depending on order volume. We ship orders as quickly as possible, typically the same day they're baked or the following business day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes about 5 business days.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently ship all orders through USPS to provide reliable nationwide delivery.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

Yes! We proudly ship our baked goods anywhere within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Absolutely! Local pickup is available at our bakery:

We also offer local delivery for an additional fee within our delivery area.

Can I order other bakery items to be shipped?

If you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out! We'd love to help. Send us an email, and we'll let you know if we can safely package and ship your requested items.

How can I stay up to date on new flavors and restocks?

Do your products contain common allergens?

While we are proud to be a peanut-free facility, our products do contain other common allergens. Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and our scones contain wheat and dairy. Seasonal flavors may have tree nuts in them. Please note that some ingredients we purchase are labeled as "made in a facility" or "may contain" other allergens including peanuts. If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before placing your order.

Are your baked goods made fresh daily?

Yes! Every order is baked fresh from scratch just before it ships. We never pull products from a warehouse or keep inventory sitting on a shelf, ensuring you receive the freshest baked goods possible.

Can I mix flavors in one pack?

Absolutely! We encourage you to mix and match flavors to create your perfect assortment. It's a great way to try something new or share a variety with family and friends.

Can I freeze my baked goods?

Yes! Our cookies and scones freeze beautifully. Simply store them in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. When you're ready to enjoy them, let them thaw at room temperature, or warm them in the microwave or oven for that fresh-baked taste.
